Singapore Airlines
I've always been fascinated with air travel. Since I was 6 years old I have been playing on flight simulator and now, as soon as I turn 16, I will fly solo for real. The largest commercial airliner is the Airbus A380. It can hold 850 people in a full economy configuration, or 555 people in a 3 class configuration. Singapore Airlines is the first and only carrier which operates this aircraft at this time. As you can see in the video, it is extremely luxurious. Every seat, even in economy class, has its own LCD TV. In business class, as the video shows, the seats are very wide with larger TV's. In First class, you get your very own "mini-suite" which is enclosed and has a doorway that can be shut for privacy. In addition, the seat is very large and can fully recline to form a bed. Some newer technological innovations present in this aircraft are as follows. The new avionics system (the gauges and controls) can almost fly the plane by itself. From the time the wheels come off of the ground to the time the rear wheels touchdown at landing, the pilot is only needed to supervise. (Literally, I'm not joking, this plane can practically fly itself) Also, this aircraft travels slightly faster than the american counterpart, the 747. It can cruise safely at Mach 0.85, which is approximately 560 mph. Now Singapore Airlines will be able to transport more people more efficiently.

David, this is great information! Now, I will consider flying Singapore Airline so I can actually sleep comfortably during the 18-hour flight! Typically, my family will only purchase SA's flight ticket because of their customer service - top of the class in terms of cleanliness, and the attendants are usually more "soothing to the eyes".
Enjoy a good weekend and see you Monday.
